After this class you will have the following culinary skills:

The course is paced so that you can cook along with me but feel free to pause, rewind, or fast forward as you need to. A printable grocery shopping list is included in the introduction with all the ingredients you will need for these recipes. Printable recipes have been included for each section as well. There is no music in the background of the cooking videos to keep them distraction-free and so that you can play your own favorite cooking music.

I'm passionate about sharing French culture and plantbased cooking. The French way of life is slow and lovely- with a focus on eating and living well. I combine this approach with plantbased cooking- which is better for the environment and our health.
I love teaching! I was a teacher both online and in person for 5 years and it gives me joy to share knowledge that will benefit others. I'm so excited that you want to join me on this adventure in vegan French cooking.
