Feeling fully rested in the morning is crucial for a productive day and to increase life quality. If you have trouble getting enough sleep and to feel fully rested - This exercise can help you find things you can do to help you get to bed early and de-stress and unwind.
Choose to incorporate 5-10 new things.
Tips. No social media, emails, news after 8 pm. Use: Soft lighting, relaxing music, books, stretching routines, or relaxing YouTube channels.

Ottimo lo consiglio.
Who has the time to do this before work? I already get up at 5:00am to rush out the door for work.
The course starts on a pretty dull note but eventually picks up after 3rd module and it gives you some exciting nuggets to cope with distraction and maintain energy levels. The Aha moment for me was learning everything about completing difficult tasks and how to motivate yourself for doing them.
