In this Yin Yoga course, Heather will guide you to the deeper dimensions of yourself as you turn your attention inward.
You can experience deep healing as you settle into the postures for 2-5 minutes and allow your body to melt at the point of sensation. Over time your practice of yin yoga can open your capacity for connection, flexibility, serenity, and consciousness.

Truly enjoyed every moment of this course. I found it to be something I would love to share with my friends and clients to help them find relaxation and mindfulness meditation.
A wonderful class to wring out stress and tightness. The instructor cued in a calm and soothing manner. The music was relaxing as well with the sound of waves added too. There is a mix of shorter practices for various things such as stress relief and a long practice if you have the time. I felt like a new person after the 25 minute hip opener and it's usually hard to do much in that amount of time. Can't wait to do the rest of the sessions. Thanks!
