- 6 years playing experience in Major League Soccer and Liga MX (Mexico’s first division)
- 2016 MLS Cup Champion with Seattle Sounders FC.
- Played one year for DC United.
- Concacaf Champions League Winner with Cruz Azul FC of Liga MX in Mexico.
- Selected to represent the Philadelphia Union in Major League Soccer’s 2012 All-Star Game at PPL Park.
- Selected #23 overall in the 2011 MLS SuperDraft by the Philadelphia Union… Named MLS Rookie of the year finalist, finishing third in voting
NCAA:
- At UNC: Twice named NSCAA First Team All-American, College Soccer News All American and NSCAA First Team All-Region. Was two-time member of First Team All-ACC and ACC All-Tournament Team. MAC Hermann Semifinalist
- At Cal State Fullerton: Two-time first-team All-Big West midfielder… Claimed the league’s Freshman of the Year Award in 2006 and was a freshman All-America pick by Soccer America, College Soccer News and Top Drawer Soccer … Also named to the NSCAA/adidas All-Far West second team in 2006-07
YOUTH:
- Represented the USA as a starter in the U17 World Cup in Peru (2005)
- Invited to be a part of the US under 17 National Team at the IMG academy in Florida at 15 years old.
