The first lecture gave me a clearer understanding of the purpose of preaching and the elements that come together in a sermon. Very informative.
Content was good let down by the distraction of the clocks !!!

Yes it was an eye opener
Some things were not relevant to my particular church and messages. Mostly a lot of good ideas and things I had never heard about.

I learned a lot of good information to use in improving sermons when I give them. The visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning of people in congregations to reach them with repeating 3 times. The need to practice and beware of the presentation of the sermon for everyone hearing it. The outline of 3 main points for the sermon. This makes is easier than the method previously taught which was a long outline. Better explanation was given of using a 3 year Lectionary.
