I answer a number of common questions that have been asking about Digital Marketing over years of teaching
I am from England and promote more than 35 years’ IT experience working in both public and private sectors (technical support and senior management roles), and with over 15 years’ experience related to IT service management (ITSM).
I am the founder and Director of ITSM Assist Limited (ITSM Assist is an accredited ITIL® training organisation), a privately-owned Limited company based in the UK.
As a professional accredited ITIL® trainer combined with my extensive ITSM experience allows me to promote excellent analogies, provide clear and meaningful explanations, and in turn put the ITIL syllabus into real life context and meaning. These are essential ingredients to support student learning and understanding. I much prefer a walk-the-talk approach as opposed to talking-the-walk if that makes sense. I believe students benefit far more with real-life meaning.
In terms of credibility, as an accredited ITIL trainer ITSM Assist including myself have a direct responsibility to Axelos® (the owners of ITIL) and PeopleCert® (the Axelos examination institute) to ensure that materials used are pre-approved by PeopleCert and that the topics presented are fully aligned with examination syllabus.
