Self-realization through Meditation
I have spent over a decade experimenting with different mediation techniques and meditation itself. I am also a certified pranic healer (energy healer).
My purpose here is to help you find out who you really are.
Through self-realization, problems are going to be eradicated from your life since you'll understand that you are life itself. I'll also help you realize that you are already perfect and that nothing can be done to improve you. All the work that you do is just to realize that you already are perfect, not to improve yourself in any way.
This was more of a talk than an actual course, but many of the points made were good and insightful.
The instructor seemed to be very distracted and at times there were long pauses which made the video slow and makes the person loose interest.
Some music in the background would be nice. So far seems straight forward. The user slows down takes it in step by step with his personal journey. I found a great set of music called 50 Best Meditation Music Collection that helps the mind focus on itself and calms my bad driving lol.
