Description
Morning Yoga is a course designed to get you moving every day and help you establish your morning yoga routine. This course has been established to bring a loving, gentle and soothing touch to getting your routine established and deepening the connection with the start of each day.
This course is suitable for all-levels yogis and includes classes that are around 15-20 minutes so you can easily fit them into your busy schedules. We'll practice different styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa and yin for a comprehensive program.
Each session will focus on a different body parts to allow you to move and stretch your entire body. In this course you will find classes targeting neck, shoulders, upper back and chest; hips; gluts, psoas, hamstrings and calves; spine; etc.
Practicing yoga first thing in the morning is also an amazing way to turbocharge your metabolism and energize you for the rest of the day, making you more productive and alert. Connection with your body and breath through yoga improves mental wellbeing and body awareness, increases flexibility and mobility, increases focus and productivity. Natalia Trunova Haworth
Yoga & English/Russian teacher
I was born and raised in Russia and has been interested in exercising and particularly in yoga for over 15 years. Yoga has been an important part of my life and helped me become more flexible and balanced, inspiring to live each moment more mindfully, both on and off the mat. After moving to the United States, I decided to share my passion with other people and completed yoga teacher training in Multi style yoga (RYT 200 and RYT 300) and Restorative yoga. I especially enjoy practicing Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Chair and Restorative yoga with my students.
You can find many of my yoga videos on my YouTube channel "Yoga with Natalia Nova". My classes emphasize the importance of breath and movement and focus on the breath to calm the mind while building physical strength and flexibility.
Most of my life I’ve been teaching different subjects including English and Russian languages both in-class and online. I’m TEFL/TESOL and ESP certified teacher for adults and kids. I have students from all over the world and I’m really excited to encounter new language learners through this platform!
I can proudly state that all my students are always achieving their learning goals! I focus on all aspects of language on my lessons but especially on conversation because I believe it’s a primary language function. My goal is to teach English and Russian in a simple way so my students feel comfortable and natural using language in their everyday life.
