PeopleSoft HRMS Tutorial

PeopleSoft HRMS Tutorial is divided into 5 different sections

Section 1: Introduction to PeopleSoft HRMS module

Section 2: Setting up a hypothetical company in our PeopleSoft HRMS system, creating company's location & establishment, creating a department and configuring product level features

Section 3: Kicking off PeopleSoft NA Payroll setup (Creating Earnings Code, Pay Group, Balance ID, Pay Run ID & building Pay Calendar for our hypothetical company)

Section 4: Core PeopleSoft HRMS setup (We will create compensation code, Job code, Position). Then we will enter job applicant information in PeopleSoft HRMS system. Convert applicant into employee using Organization Relationship tab of Person page. Implement row-level security [Create a new department security tree, Assign the tree to row security permission list and refresh security rows] on the department data that we added.

Section 5: Update W4 information of the CEO of our hypothetical company. Kick off payroll process for our company by running paysheet creation process and modify paysheet generated. Run payroll calculation process and review the paycheck that was created. Review payroll calculation errors and finally run payroll confirmation process. Review the final paycheck that was generated for our CEO.
