Do you struggle with mental health (fear, stress, anxiety, hopelessness, depression)?
We know its common especially among youth right now. Our hope with this course is to help you understand and uncover your core needs and what works for you to fill your bucket and address your core needs.
What you will discover in this course is that there is no right or wrong way to live your life. Anytime you spend in fear or comparing or engaging in negative activities or anything that attacks your core needs will make you feel "less than" and pushes you to engage further into negative hopelessness.
Our hope is to show you how to audit your life to find what works for you and what doesn't and help you design (think of a director of a movie) your routine and life to fill you up and get you living a much more positive and meaningful and fulfilling experience.
Through this course we will talk about core needs, some key pillars of human well-being and show you how you can continuously iterate, eliminate and add to make the most of your life.
Your life is yours and yours only to live, we want to help you be the best version of yourself!

Born and raised in Ottawa I was always active as a kid involved in all kinds of sports and activities with my two older brothers (football, rugby, volleyball, hockey, you name it, if it involved being hit or hitting, I was in)
Through High School I got really into music and was "this close" to buying a VW bus and going on tour with a rock and roll band. Lets say my parents gently nudged me into the higher education path.
After graduating Radio Broadcasting at Algonquin College I was looking to pursue broadcast engineering to get into the systems side of the industry. Unfortunately the program shut down the year I was going to take it so I ended up taking Computer Engineering.
One of my first internships was working in IT for Blackberry at the heydays of the boom of the company (at the time we were hiring ~300 a people a month!). Though my education was more software/programming focused working in IT gave me an appreciation for working with people to get technology working for them. I've been in IT ever since working with people to ensure they can be their most productive selves with all the technology we have to work with today.
As fate would have it I met my wife on vacation down south in the Dominican Republic and we have settled into the GTA (just outside of Toronto) with our three young children.
Working for software high tech companies through my tenure I have come to appreciate the fast paced constant change and chaos these companies bring.
