I possess over 20 years of diverse experience as a seasoned instructor accredited by PMI, having worked across various industries. Currently, my professional focus spans corporate training, coaching, counseling, and academic instruction. Over the years, I've trained over 10000 individuals in a wide array of courses, including PMP Certification,  Agile Training & Coaching and related courses.

My industry expertise lies in implementing project management methodologies within different portfolios and programs, both in full-time roles and consulting positions. Since 2011, I've proudly held the esteemed PMP title, cherishing my enduring association with PMI. Beyond its prestige, what truly matters is the practical application of PMP concepts, consistently yielding remarkable outcomes. Preparation for PMP not only aligns one's mindset toward positivity but also ingrains the PMP approach into daily actions, almost becoming intrinsic to one's being. Additionally, I have managed projects across sectors like construction, IT, ITES, manufacturing, and more, broadening my scope of expertise.

Holding an MBA as my highest academic achievement, I credit its comprehensive curriculum for shaping my multifaceted skill set. Additionally, I am an ICP certified Agile Coach. Moreover, my belief in the pivotal role of emotional intelligence in managerial effectiveness led me to become a certified integrative counselor.
