Hello, I'm Yoanna! I'm a movement coach and fitness enthusiast. I fell in love with sports and athletic training at a very early age, when during a summer holiday I learned about gymnastics and was able to do my first handstand by myself. Growing up, I continued my training in all kinds of sports and went on to study Health and Physical Education and then MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.
The reason I love fitness is because is about so much more than burning calories and looking good, it fosters a connection with your body. It all starts with being active. When you feel connected to your body, you start to honour it more. You feel great, your body functions more efficiently and you think more clearly.
If you'd like to learn how to move and utilise your body at it's max, check out my courses.
