I enjoyed this beginners guide.
There is no information in this course that can't be obtained if one simply bought the book. I know this, because I have four of them, and this whole course is covered in the preface of each of them to some extent. I have a sinking feeling that this comment will be repeated with the other courses I've signed up for.
I found it interesting and it's an area I would like to study more. I didn't get the singing bowls they just seemed like a racket and I couldn't find a rhythm to match my breathing too.
