It was a good course but i felt it went to quickly the shower meditation didn't really give you enough time to do what it said but i did enjoy the whole course, Thank you
Yeah, I think this could be better suited for very beginners who are not really aware of ABC about meditation.
the course is short. the teacher is good. since its the beginners so it is limited. i liked the course.
