As well as being a professional coach, I am someone who has made multiple international moves, experienced 3 major relationship break-ups, an early bereavement, several different careers and many other changes and challenges, so I have become very resilient; this is because I've not just experienced these things, I've healed from them. I've integrated the growth that came from them. I love sharing insights from my coaching practice and neuroscience geekdom to help you along your own journey of healing and growth as well. This is such sacred work, I’m honoured to be a small part of your journey. Thank you!

Hi!
I'm Jo - a personal development geek from waaay back :-) My passion is helping humans own and step ever more into their awesomeness.
One of the things that can massively put a dampener on your own particular brand of awesome is stress ... lately I've been researching how neuroscience can help us manage stress to actually unlock potential - it's pretty darn cool! You can find out all about it in one of my Emotional Resilience programmes.
I'm a Brit, living in beautiful New Zealand with my two amazing kids. After a decade in project management (construction, business change, major events) I got my masters in Executive Coaching and leant into my true passion - helping people to learn and grow.
Nowadays I get to mould all of that into one - helping people with resilience / time/energy/focus management so that they can show up for their greatest work. I do this via courses, coaching, books and more.
Along the way I've become an accomplished artist, published a couple of books and launched a podcast.
After living in UK, US, Germany and New Zealand, I've finally settled very happily in New Zealand Aotearoa <3 Kia ora
