Adrian bought this business for £1 and sold it 2.5 years later, seeing a healthy six figure return on his investment. However, the real value in this acquisition was that it gave Adrian phenomenal insight into how to build genuine value in businesses, ranging from start-ups to 8-figure revenue, and then sell them for a life changing exit on favourable terms.
In recent years, Adrian has used his business buying skills to build a multi-million children’s education group from the ground up, which he built in 24 months and all through no-money-down acquisitions.
His group currently educates over 10,000 under 5 year old’s each academic term and is run by an experienced management team, requiring just 3-5 hours per week of Adrian’s involvement.
