Have you recently lost someone you love? Have you just gone through a divorce, or perhaps a family member has passed away?
Let's navigate through these challenging times together. Grief can be an incredibly debilitating experience, but there is a path towards healing.
I'm Stefan Ruxanda, an actor, theatre director, and life coach. I grew up in the presence of an alcoholic father and a depressed mother, and I believed my life was destined for failure. By the age of 23, I was already going through a divorce. Following that, I faced numerous failed projects, nights filled with despair, and moments of hope and prayer. It seemed like I had become an expert in loss.
However, I've come to realize that all these experiences serve a purpose. They shape us, helping us grow, shine, and shed the burdens that are no longer important in our lives. They strengthen our spirit and ultimately equip us to help others.
As a theater actor, I often found myself in a common situation: right before a performance, I would be overwhelmed by anxiety or sadness, feeling lost. However, since I had to step onto the stage in front of the audience, I had to develop methods to overcome these emotions and thoughts, enabling me to deliver exceptional performances.
Through my personal journey, I have discovered a consistent pattern—a transformation from grief to courage—that can ultimately lead to success. Today, I would like to share this pattern with you.

Actor, Director, Life Coach
Hi! My name is Stefan Ruxanda. I'm a husband, a father, and a cultural entrepreneur. I have a diverse background as an actor, theatre director, acting teacher, and coach. I'm currently 40 years old and began my acting career two decades ago. Eventually, I transitioned into theatre directing. I established my own small theatre company, which allowed me to travel extensively within my country and occasionally abroad.
I grew up in a quaint town nestled near the mountains during a time of significant societal changes and transformations that challenged long-standing beliefs and traditions. As a result, I had to acquire knowledge and skills on my own. Consequently, I consider myself self-taught in various areas.
When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, it forced me to halt all shows, tours, and overall activities. Initially, this situation felt like a nightmare. However, I encountered numerous challenges and embarked on extraordinary experiences, such as the Tony Robbins Comeback Challenge, UPW Virtual, Robbins-Madanes Training, among others. These experiences helped me gain clarity about my purpose: I'm here to assist others and to share the beauty and joy that I've cultivated in my life as a human being, an artist, and a teacher.

Stefan, I really enjoyed your course despite my very deep grief due to the sudden and unexpected loss of my boyfriend. It's all very chaotic right now and I feel completely lost. I am trying to see this as a big lesson, even though it hurts very very much. You summarised what all of us know in the bottom of our heart. The life is only an experience and leads to something better.
Nice course, videos was good to see the person talking, seemed down to earth and genuine. Lots of information given but not too heavy so was simple and easy to follow . Good resources included, a helpful introduction course with good starting points for people who need direction.
A very useful course for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The instructor covers a wide range of topics, from urgent measures to overcome negative emotional states to finding a profound meaning in the unfortunate events we go through. I'm glad I took this course. I regret not discovering it when my father passed away, but it has been very beneficial to me, especially now, as I have just gone through a very difficult divorce. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who are facing the death of loved ones and are struggling to cope with these events.
I've lost my friend in a car accident and I was looking for some help in overcoming this event. This course helped me understand my experience from a new perspective. I hope I can lear the strategies to also help my friend's sister who is still mourning his death. Thank you!!!
