Michael Broadhead works to inspire responsible living through sustainability and compassion. Originally from a farm in Canada, Michael's worldview changed after volunteering at a reforestry project in India. Since then he has lived and worked in various countries across the world and helped initiate environmental and animal advocacy projects. Among those included helping market plant-based foods, working with businesses to improve menus, and creating restaurant resources for management.

I wouldn't say it not a good course ... cause it is ... but it's not for vegans ... it's for restaurants that would add vegan meals in their menus
