Through this course, we'll dive deep into the issue of workplace sexual harassment and explore ways by which we can identify, address, and mitigate workplace sexual harassment. We hope this course gives you insights into the evolution of different legal frameworks governing workplace sexual harassment, the implementation of the PoSH law in Indian workplaces today, how you can contribute meaningfully toward developing a safe workplace and more!
Some of the key course objectives are as follows:
To understand the meaning, causes, and impact of workplace sexual harassment.
To develop the skills necessary to identify, address, and mitigate workplace sexual harassment.
To learn about the evolution of legal frameworks governing workplace sexual harassment.
To contribute meaningfully toward fostering safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces.
