从学习的角度来说,练完定桩根就要练攀地柱,攀地柱是实感内功真正的入门。什么是地柱?就是两腿加上桩根,这就是下盘了。中国功夫重视下盘,而以实感训练下盘是内家拳的方法,是高效的方法。攀地柱是指感觉沿着腿的阴经线,阳经线上下攀援,其意守部位与心法都比定桩根要多。
