Hi, ya beautiful! I'm so excited to share a little bit about myself with you. My name is Shaunnie, and I am on a mission to help people transform their lives through holistic practices.
I've always had an adventurous spirit, and my journey into the world of holistic healing began when I became certified in yoga psychology, Reiki, shamanism, and Ayurveda. These incredible modalities have not only enriched my life but have also given me the tools to guide others toward their own personal growth and wellness.
But let me tell you, it hasn't always been smooth sailing for me. As a cancer survivor, I faced numerous challenges along the way. One particular obstacle that tested my resilience was Medical PTSD. However, instead of letting it define me, I chose to conquer it head-on.
Through my studies and personal experiences, I discovered powerful techniques to overcome the roadblocks that PTSD throws at you. This journey of self-discovery instilled in me a deep sense of empathy for others who are going through similar struggles. It ignited within me an unwavering passion to support them not just in surviving but in thriving as well.
In addition to being a healer and mentor, I am also a homesteader alongside my loving husband. Together we have created our own little sanctuary where we live harmoniously with nature. And speaking of family, let's not forget about our beautiful kids - both human and furry. They bring endless joy into our lives.
