Description
This online course focuses on the fundamental principals of hatha (or physical) yoga. It walks you through the most important aspects of practicing yoga from a very high place, where you can see and experience specific video examples of each section. These sections coincide with how a skilled yoga instructor would cue students when taking a live class. You can learn these skills in this class, and be extremely prepared to take live classes, bringing with you an intimate understanding of what the instructor means when they are walking you through the class sequences and routines.
In addition, this course includes ten 1-hour yoga classes filmed on the beaches and in the jungle of Baja California Sur that are all narrated by Inge, with meditational guidance and rolling ocean waves in the background. This 10-pack includes the fundamentals of yoga class, a variety of flows, a yin lesson, a restorative lesson, and a self-care lesson.

Who am I and what do I do?
I am a conscious counselor, writer and educator who specializes in self-developmental and emotionally intelligent guidance, content and courses.
I have lived a life dedicated to self-awareness and health and wellness. I began my journey many years ago, volunteering with an amazing group of people, who put on a series of workshops that guide and support people to step through their fears, and live from their souls. These years of experience became the foundation for my beliefs, and the cornerstone of unique gifts that I have developed over my life to assist people to unfold into the far reaches of their potential.
I am a Certified Life and Health Coach. I use all of my accumulated experience related to lifestyle, exercise, mental wellness and nutrition, to support people to achieve their goals with my individually customized wellness coaching and cleansing offerings. Here I use support, accountability, outcome manifestation and hypnotherapy to support you to feel better and enhance your life experience.
I have been practicing and instructing yoga for over 15 years, and am dedicated to the deep, underlying freedom that this form of wellness offers. I not only use yoga for physical health and wellness, but also as a meditative channel to connect to the source of stillness, where our thoughts give way to universal oneness and knowing.
In addition, I have been a Somatic Therapist and bodyworker since 2008. I am CAMTC certified and specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Ashiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Hot Stones, Swedish, Cupping, and Sports Therapy. I use a custom blend of these bodywork modalities, coupled with a highly intuitive ability to wield energy, to enhance and complete the overall experience.
I aspire toward alignment, both spiritually and physically and practice a methodical approach to wellness, taking conscious steps that result in permanent transformation. My vision is to effect positive change and create wholeness through mind, body and spirit.
Why do I do it?
We have an innate ability to heal ourselves and create profound, lasting, positive change. The key is to address the symptom or problem from a holistic perspective that encompasses all aspects of ourselves—body, mind, and spirit-- as each is interrelated.
The wheel signifies finding balance in our lives, with choices that offer full-circle affinity--a sense of well-being from start to finish. The wheel represents all of the key components of our lives, from our home and environment all the way up through to our spirituality. It is also the symbolic and literal representation of the 7 spinning energy vortices--or chakras--in the body’s energetic field.
